Our Requirements: • Language skills: Fluent or Communicative in Finnish (C1 or B2) and English (B2) is essential • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Detail-Oriented with a focus on accuracy • Willingness to develop in one of the business areas: finance/accounting/customer service • Higher education or student status in any field We don’t require professional experience. You will be working among experts, where willingness to learn new things is supported by a wide range of trainings designed to improve your skills. Your future tasks: • Monitoring accounts and contacting clients • Investigating and resolving unapplied payments • Initiating refunds for the overpayments • Updating account status records and collection efforts • Reporting on collections activity and accounts receivables status What your development path can look like? You will start your career from the onboarding plan, where you’ll grab the basics.
