Our Requirements: • Fluent command of English and Portuguese (C1) • Around 1 year of experience in the Finance and Accounting area • Customer-oriented attitude and very good analytical skills • Proper time management and setting priorities, work in a changing environment • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Outlook and Excel) • Student status or bachelor’s degree Your future tasks: • Coding and clearing deductions • Researching more complex disputes and deductions for validity and researching root cause of deductions and disputes and recommending/supporting permanent resolution of similar exceptions • Raising credits for valid queries and if deduction is invalid, providing proof to support collection efforts • Reconciling complicated accounts and escalating problem accounts • Identifying frequently occurring deductions and disputes and identifying the root cause of these issues What your development path can look like?
